Edit: I forgot to publish this post, this falls between leaving Chicago and arriving in Boulder.
After a long drive through all the storms in Chicago, I arrived to meet my grandma for a good old fashioned fried southern dinner. I was off in the morning, on to get thru Kansas and on to Boulder, CO.

We're not in Kansas anymore... Thank God!
After a long ride through Kansas, I've finally made it to Boulder! I went out with my sister Tia and her bf Tristan last night for drinks and dancing. It felt satisfying to celebrate my success by cutting loose on the dance floor!
Today, I feel like exploring Boulder a little on my longboard. I'm done with driving until tomorrow!

Stormy Chi-town, and the Open Road
Well, the past few days have been rainy and miserable. I hung out with Arnold in Chicago, we spent most of the time cooped up inside watching comedy and Game of Thrones. He did take me to a great diner and cafe. I tried the pizza out of curiousity... never again in Chicago.
The roads in and out of Chicago was full of thunderstorms. As I passed over the Mississippi River into Missouri, I felt as though I was being transported back to simpler times. The endless fields and beatup tractors by the road reminded me of how simple life can be... Yet so boring! Still, it's nice to visit with my grandparents here in Faucett, MO.
After many days of travel, I'm now about halfway across the country already!

Ithaca- Reminisance in the Springtime of Youth
After a healthy breakfast of asparagus and eggs in Harry's apartment, I spent most of the day in emotional reflection on my time here at Ithaca College. In the solitude of nature, I could feel my nostalgic pangs of longing and see flashbacks of Ithacan adventures more potently than with the usual consideration given to such. Traveling with Nikki, we explored the town and campus, visiting old professors and reminiscing on the springtime of our youth as well as our surroundings.
